Remembering Stacey...one year later

I just went back & read what my friend Kirsty wrote last year about Stacey's life, I cried. Then I felt peace knowing that nothing can hurt Stacey anymore & she is surely watching over her children from heaven. It is hard to believe that it has been a whole year. Her children are frequently on my mind and in my prayers. We will never forget you Stacey!!!

Light pink roses are associated with gentleness and admiration, and can also be used as an expression of sympathy. These are the flowers I would put on her grave, to show my admiration for her & express my sympathy for her children & her mother.

Happy Pink Saturday!!! Be sure to stop by How Sweet the Sound to check out all the links for Pink Saturday & say Hi to Beverly, our lovely host.

I miss her every day and can hardly believe it's been a year.

I am so sorry for the loss of your friend. Though it's been a year I can tell you still keenly feel her passing. She would love the roses you selected to pay tribute to her. Hugs...Mary

L♥ve your pink goodies this week. Just when I think I have enough pink in my life I participate in Pink Saturday and see even more sweet things I’d enjoy having in my home or flowers for my gardens or just to look at☺ What could be better than the color pink dancing in your head all morning?

You did a wonderful tribute to your friend and the loss that you, and others, feel at this anniversary of her passing.

Thanks so much for sharing. Hoping your weekend is filled with sunshine and the comfort of those you love and who love you.

I can't believe it has been a year. I went back and read my post from your link, and I cried too. I can't imagine what a difficult and long year this must have been for her sweet kids. I am sure her spirit has been very close to them though.

She continues to inspire me to be better and to live life more joyfully and fully.

Thanks, Denise.

The loss of a friend is so shocking. I agree with Denise that we need to remember to LIVE!

Just visiting around last Saturday's PS post. See you again in a couple of days.
