It's been a busy week. I finally figured out the code to use my laptop wirelessly in our house, so I've had a lot more freedom to read other blogs. I've added a few new favorites to my blog roll and I wanted to share some GREAT posts that I read this week.My friend Kirsty at Momedy shared a great story about Mommy Goes to College. I think this was an innovative idea and I've got my fingers crossed that this young mom will succeed in her goals.
This weeks Works for Me Wednesday was about keeping kids from being bored during the Summer break. I read quite a few of the entries and wanted to share a few of my favorites. My 12 yr old son wrote his first Works for Me Wednesday post! Live the Adventure had a really cute and practical craft idea. Impress your Kids is promoting the Shoes2Share Challenge, which collects shoes to distribute to children all over the world. I'm not really concerned that MY kids will get bored during the Summer, but it was still nice to see all the great ideas for fun things to do with the kids.
